Submit Account Deletion Request
If you no longer have access to the Jiddie mobile app or wish to request account deletion from the website, please send your request directly via email.
To request deletion by email:
Send an email to support@jiddie.com with the subject "Delete my Jiddie account".
Please include the following details in your email:
- The email address connected to your Jiddie account
- The sign-in method used (Email, Apple, Google, or Not sure)
- Your display name / username (optional, to help locate your account)
Security Note: Jiddie will send a verification email before processing your deletion request. We will never ask for your password or one-time verification codes. Do not send passwords in your email.
What happens after sending your email?
- Verification: We send a confirmation email to the account address to verify ownership.
- Data Removal: Upon verification, your profile, match history, ELO, rewards, and push tokens are deleted from active systems.
- Analytics & Apple Auth: Deletion requests are forwarded to analytics services and Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked.
- Timeline: Processing completes within 30 days. Backup copies automatically rotate out per standard backup retention.
